About Our Services

Charlie’s Gutters provides gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, fascia and soffit replacement, roof repairs and related exterior maintenance services.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change if additional work is required after inspection.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the property and ensure pets and children are kept away from working areas.

Workmanship

We aim to complete all work to a high professional standard.

If you believe there is an issue with completed work, please contact us promptly so we can inspect and resolve the matter where appropriate.

Liability

Charlie’s Gutters accepts no responsibility for:

• Existing roof defects
• Hidden structural issues
• Storm damage occurring after work has been completed
• Blockages caused by future leaf fall or weather conditions

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
